2. Data deletion and storage duration: The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. We may store personal data if this has been prescribed by the Kingdom of Thailand regulations, laws, or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. 3. Provision of the website and creation of log files Every time the Website is accessed by a visitor, this Website collects general data and information in connection with your visit. The anonymous data of the server log files is stored separately from all personal data provided by a visitor.

4. Use of third-party provider tools

Information you provide in Carbonwize will be used by Carbonwize may be shared with third-party identity verification service providers to verify your identity and prevent fraud. AWS, Stripe, Carbonwize's issuer, and Visa, Carbonwize's global payment network, receive your Carbonwize transaction information, but do not share or sell your transaction information to third parties for marketing or advertising. When you begin a payment within an app or on the web using Carbonwize, to enable tax and shipping cost calculation, your zip code, postal code, or other equivalent information is provided to the app, website, or merchant. After you authorize the payment, other information requested by the merchant, such as a device-specific account number, your shipping address, or email address, is also provided.

5. Conclusion of a contract Upon conclusion of the contract, we collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship.
